NOTIFICATION OF spend down TO NON-spend down CHANGE
 
DISCUSSION:
On September 26, 2002, a letter was mailed to individuals that were changed from spend down to Non-spend down based on increase in the single person income limit to $591.00 for Medical Assistance. This change is effective October 1, 2002.

A listing of cases affected by this change was previously mailed to county offices.

A sample of the letter is attached to this memorandum. (pdf)
