The Administrative Terminal is eFunds' system that shows case and card information about FSD participants. The Administrative Terminal is used by FSD staff to:

• obtain EBT card and PIN status,
• obtain information on benefit status,
• cancel and reissue the EBT card, and
• verify a participant has used benefits.
