REPORTING CHANGES FOR THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM

PURPOSE:   This pamphlet is given to each EU subject to simplified reporting to explain simplified reporting requirements, but it is not intended to take the place of a verbal explanation by the worker.

Number of Copies and Distribution: Each EU subject to simplified reporting is to be given a copy of the pamphlet at application.

Description:  The pamphlet includes the following information:

• information about the food stamp application;
• what changes must be reported;
• when changes must be reported;
• how the EU knows when income exceeds 130% of FPL;
• what happens if information is reported that was not required to be reported; and
• civil rights law.
